I make every effort to ensure product descriptions, photographs and pricing are accurate at the time they are published.
Occasionally, product images or descriptions may vary slightly from the item received, particularly where minor updates or reprints have taken place.
All products are subject to availability.
I reserve the right to withdraw, discontinue or amend products without prior notice.
Prices
All prices displayed on this website are shown in Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without notice, but any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Where applicable, delivery charges will be shown during checkout before payment is completed.
Payment
Payment must be made in full before an order is dispatched.
Payments are processed securely using trusted third-party payment providers. Baking with Granny does not store your payment card details.
Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and cannot be guaranteed.
Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery rests with the postal or courier service.
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, please get in touch, and I will do my best to help resolve the issue.
Returns & Refunds

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Digital Content
Where digital products are sold, they are supplied for personal use only unless otherwise stated.
Digital downloads may not be copied, redistributed, resold or shared without prior written permission.
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds may not be available once a download has been accessed, except where required by law.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all products, written content, photographs, branding and other materials available through Baking with Granny remain the intellectual property of Baking with Granny.
Baking with Granny® is a registered trade mark in the United Kingdom.
No content, branding or digital product may be copied, reproduced, redistributed or resold without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Baking with Granny shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the purchase or use of products sold through this website.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or your statutory consumer rights.
